From file to delivery

Send your request
Tell us the product, an approximate quantity and the size if you know it, and attach your file if it is ready.
We check the file and the specs
Colours, resolution, bleed and safe margins — and we tell you about anything that would show after printing, before it happens.
You approve the proof
You review the final layout, text, names and numbers. What you approve is what gets produced, so this is the step that matters most on your side.
Production and delivery
The job goes to press and then to finishing — packaging, cutting or binding, depending on the product.

How do I start an order?
Send us what you need on WhatsApp: the product, an approximate quantity, and the size if you know it. Attach your file if it is ready; if not, tell us and we will explain the options.
I don’t have a design — do you design?
Yes. We can design from scratch or build on your existing logo and identity, and design is included with printing. A vector version of your logo saves a lot of time and keeps it sharp at any size.
Which file format should I send?
Ideally a PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 3 mm bleed. Avoid sending artwork as an image through WhatsApp — the app compresses it and lowers the resolution.
Do you do printing and signage together?
Yes. Five departments cover paper printing, signage, promotional gifts, design, and production techniques and finishing — so a shop or café opening can be fitted out from one place instead of coordinating several suppliers.
Do you deliver, and do you ship outside Riyadh?
Yes: paid delivery within Riyadh, and shipping to all cities in Saudi Arabia. Send your city with the order details and we will confirm the method.
Do you work with companies and government entities?
Yes, including repeat orders and purchase orders. Message us with the details and the entity, and we will prepare what is needed.
